Rôti de veau en croute de céréales
Mixer ensemble 2 cuil à soupe de corn flakes, 2 cuil à soupe de flocons d'avoine, et 1 cuil à soupe de pétales de blé pour obtenir une poudre grossière. Saler, poivrer, ajouter 1 cuil à café de massalé puis ajouter une cuillère à soupe de sirop d'érable et deux cuillères à soupe d'huile neutre. Mélanger à nouveau. Enrober un joli rôti de veau (1kg) de ce mélange et enfourner 45 minutes à 190°.
